Our Lodge & Dining

At North Florida Hunting and Fishing Resort, we pride ourselves at offering top notch lodging and dining. Our lodge is a custom log cabin featuring five bedrooms, with two double beds and a private bath in each room. The lodge has a central great room with heartwood pine floors, a wood burning fireplace, satellite T.V., wireless internet, full kitchen, and screened in back porch overlooking Lake Purvis. 

All your meals will take place in our dining hall private for plantation guest only. Dinners are five course fine dining. Starting with a soup or salad, appetizer, then a entrée with two sides, last but not least finished with a delicious dessert. Two complimentary adult beverages from our stocked bar is also included with dinner. 

Chef Rose Morgan was born and raised on the coast of Maryland and received her Grand Displome de Cuisine et de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu in London, England. She also trained at The Culinary Institute of America in New York. She has honed her talents and specializes in seafood, wild game and French cuisine that have always generated rave reviews from our clients.
